A study of the rise of Tribalism in Tech and the negative impact it has on our People. "People First" has become the mantra of many tech firms, but how many of them actually live up to their claims?

As a prospective employee it can be difficult to differentiate those who merely 'talk the talk' from those who 'walk the walk'.  This talk will help you to recognise the warning signs. As an employer, it's not enough to simply talk about being People First, you actually have to live it. But what does that mean in practice? What tangible changes can you make in your organisation to not only attract talented people, but to retain them by giving them an environment where they can thrive. An environment where they feel valued and can develop themselves & their skills.

There is no single silver bullet that can do this for you, it is something that will require an ongoing investment of both time and money, but by the end of this talk you will have a better understanding of the tools at your disposal to effect the changes you need to make your organisation a place where people work because they want to.
