How to convince the client to set priorities when everything is important? During the lecture, I will explain how - working together with the client - to define the scope and importance of specific implementation elements, how to manage possible changes, focusing on the established goals and convenient adoption of the solution. I will tell you how to convince the client to set priorities and how to cut the scope - if there is such a need. I am going to explain different prioritization methods, how they can actually be used or adapted to very different types of the clients. Based on the experience, I am also going to discuss good and bad practices from the real projects and tell you how not to set traps for your future self.
